At 8:00pm on Oct 20^th 2015, Mr. Huang Peng, chairman of MSI Group, was elected as deputy chairman in charge of business affairs, which was all passed at executive committee of Hong Kong "One Belt And One Road(The Silk Road Economic Belt&The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road)" Federation at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University .
