At 5pm on December 2nd 2015, Mr Huang Peng, chairman of MSI Group, as the member of HKUYA attended the Hong Kong Youth Elite Diplomacy BBS which was held by Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic Of China in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The activity was held in Admiralty Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic Of China in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The main speaker is Dong Xiaoling, deputy commissioner.
